This directory is a project of the African American World
Cultural Center. AYZHA FINE ARTS produced this directory for
the center. An online version of this directory is at
www.africanamericanwcc.com. BestMinds Designs, Inc. is
web master for the site.
To be listed in the directory, artists and art organizations
may fill out a form at the site. Also, those already listed may
fill out a form to suggest changes or corrections.
This directory consists of two parts: the first of individual
artists, the second of groups, organizations and businesses.
The listing of individuals is in alphabetical order by last name
or stage name. Groups and organizations are in alphabetical
order by the first word in their names.
An important caveat is that this directory relies mostly on
self-reporting.
The African American World Cultural Center was formed as
a non-profit organization to promote African American
culture, education and economics. AYZHA FINE ARTS
represents artists; coordinates fine art exhibits and artrelated
events and promotes original multicultural art,
specializing in art of the African Diaspora.
